RECYCLING MEMORY The abandoned beams and columns from the earthquake were recycled to be incorporated onto the design vocabulary. 
TO BUILD BY HAND I spent half a year on site. Working with the local Tibetan builders was a poetic experience. It’s a community collaboration accompanied by traditional songs and dancing. I perceived the genuine beauty and happiness from the act
